Living to the Brim started as an instagram handle for Mixologist Tony G. But as he grew in his skills he learned quite a few trade secrets, a couple being; how to smoke cocktails properly (for which he has been featured in numerous newspapers and articles) and how to properly grow clear ice. These learnings started as hobbies, then became a passion, and then his wife Lindsey realized that some of his ideas had potential for becoming a product. Boom. Living to the Brim became a corporation designed to recommend and sell bar products, focusing on his invention, the flagship product, GHOST ICE. GHOST ICE has the ability to make clear ice from regular tap water for mass production so that bars can have control of the ice themselves. Living to the Brim also provides menu creation, bar consulting, and private mixology bartending.
